Exercise and Cancer Recovery ? An Introduction

Cancer treatments lead to different side effects such as decrease in energy level, weakness of the muscles and decline in functional status. In recent studies, exercise and cancer recovery have been found to be highly correlated. There are evidences that exercise is beneficial to decrease fatigue caused by cancer treatment. Through the course of recovery, it is advisable to do low intensity aerobics, walking or Tai Chi. Doing regular exercise regimen can help prevent de-conditioning. It enhances strength, endurance and balance and may help ameliorate the treatment’s neuromuscular effects. Cancer treatment-related negative effects like nausea, body fatigue, anxiety and depression can be managed by regular exercise. In addition, regular physical activity also decreases emotional stress, blood pressure and pain. The duration of neutropenia and thrombocytopenia is also found to diminish. Because of this, exercise and cancer recovery should go hand and hand to increase the quality of life. Exercise may also improve oxygen uptake during the activity, sleeping pattern and cognition. For several years now, many people in the medical field have been deeply interested in promoting exercise as and intervention during cancer treatment and recovery. However, most of the studies about exercise and its role during recovery from cancer have been conducted among cancer patient women during their early stage. That’s why these studies can’t be generalized as early as now to be applicable to other cancer populations. Still, exercise and cancer recovery are being linked because of the well-known and proven benefits of exercise in general health condition. This article is all about cancer treatments.

Cancer Treatment Coaching

Once you have read my ”Cancer-Free(Second or Third Edition)”book, I am available for additional coaching. I have learned two lessons after five and one half years of coaching like this: First, only telephone coaching works. There is too much gained from interaction with the cancer patient or his/her loved one. E-mails just don’t work. Here’s an example from a lady in Curacao in the Netherlands Antilles: “Dear Bill, Many thanks for spending the time the other day – I felt it was extremely valuable. Having read your book so long ago, it was also a good refresher to get me back on track. . I have chased the suppliers of the vitamins and will also purchase the Cellect. Thereby, I will be taking all the vitamins you recommend, plus the FO/CC, Cellect and apricot kernels. I will make an appointment next week for the panoramic x-ray of my teeth and send it off. I will order “The Emotion Code.” I am seriously thinking of declining chemotherapy if it is offered to me. What I felt was most valuable to me with your coaching call was that it gave me hope to carry on with the alternative treatment. I was starting to doubt it after the last progression of my disease. I can see some of the things I have been doing wrong and plan to correct them. You provide a fantastic service Bill and give us all hope! I believe in your therapy and hope to be one of the long term survivors. I will keep in touch. Very best regards and I wish you a terrific 2009. Mandy(Yvonne Sherwin – Ruyssenaers)”   Second, the first call usually lasts about 90 minutes. Almost always, additional calls when questions come up are needed by the “coachee.” Often these are “time-sensitive.” In short, a lot of my time is required to do an adequate job of explaining to you, the cancer patient, or your loved one exactly “what I would do if I were you.” Understand that as a mere “reporter,” I can’t give individual recommendations to the people I talk to in this way. I am not a medical professional. I can simply answer questions about the regimen recommended in my book and discuss the probable causes of the cancer based on the patterns I’ve seen in talking like this to about 3,000 cancer patients. If that appeals to you, please click below to pay the $180 fee for this service. This fee can be paid by either credit card, PayPal or check. Your statement will show a charge by “ClickBank.” I receive immediate notification of your purchase from ClickBank. This fee covers unlimited calls to me and my return calls to you at any time during your cancer experience. Once you have paid the fee, you will be told how to contact me. There will be an “800″ number for those of you in the U.S. For those outside the U.S., there will be another number for you to call. I am in the Pacific Time Zone of the U.S. (GMT minus 8 hours.) If you contact me by e-mail and give me a phone number and time to call you, be sure to use the password you will be given in the “Subject” line of your e-mail and tell me what time zone you are in. I want to help you recover complete health. Please feel free to use this service whenever you have questions about any of the information in my book.

Poison Your Prostate Enough and You’ll Create Prostate Cancer

The main male hormone, testosterone, is produced by the testicles and is critical to healthy prostate gland function. The prostate gland is responsible for producing a large percentage of a man’s ejaculate, and it is healthy and desirable to fully drain this fluid regularly. With a little care and knowledge of your prostate, you can keep yourself healthy and pain-free. However, you need a healthy prostate gland to urinate efficiently and also to have an erection. Poison your prostate enough and you’ll create prostate cancer. Although not all cases of prostate infection lead to the development of prostate cancer, it is always best to have symptoms checked out if they become apparent. The doctor will usually perform blood tests such as a PSA to determine whether there is any possibility of prostate cancer present along with prostate infection. A high level of PSA may indicate that prostate cancer is present, but it can also simply be indicative of the presence of prostate infection or of an enlarged prostate. If the levels appear to be high, it may be necessary for the doctor to perform further tests to make a conclusive diagnosis regarding the presence of prostate cancer. Fresh blood flow brings the nutrients and oxygen cells needed to remain healthy and replicate normally. But, even if the blood is healthy, when it can not reach the prostate gland in sufficient quantity, the prostate can and will from a variety of diseases. Get more healthy blood to the prostate gland and most prostate problems will disappear. A healthy prostate will prevent prostate cancer and inflammation. I have always suspected that massage is the key to a healthy prostate anyway and may prevent prostate cancer. Because of this, understanding the basics of prostate health will ensure that you keep happy and healthy, without many of the discomforts that can come from prostate problems. Prostate Massage Prostate massage is reputed to lessen the risk of prostate cancer. Prostate massage is NOT recommended for men with prostate cancer, as you can cause the cancer to metastasize, or for men with a prostate infection, since the infection can spread through the release of bacteria into the blood stream. However, most importantly, it is believed that regular prostate massage can provide numerous benefits like preventing prostate cancer and other prostate problems. Prostate massage is only one part of a healthy lifestyle. Prostate massage is considered a healthy activity for all men who are not experiencing severe symptoms of a prostate condition. By milking the prostate you remove the toxins normally flushed out during ejaculation, through masturbation or during sex keeping the prostate healthy. This can help maintain a healthy prostate and provide sexual enjoyment. So even if you have a healthy prostate with no problems, a massage helps to keep it healthy. Very recent studies indicate that prostate massage is integral to a healthy prostate. If you are suffering from a prostate disorder like prostatitis, BPH, have to frequently use the bathroom or are simply looking to promote a healthy prostate, then prostate massage may be a viable alternative to conventional treatments like antibiotics and surgery. A healthy prostate massaged in just the right way (withpractice) can become super stimulated. A ten to twenty minute massage at least once a month ismedically important to help reduce enlargement for a morehealthy functioning gland. What is the Male G-Spot? Male G-Spot? Is there such a thing? The answer is an unequivocal “YES.” Quite simply, the Male G-Spot is the prostate, or more precisely, the prostate-perineum. What are they? The prostate is the male prostate gland, and the perineum is a dime-sized soft spot between the anus and scrotum. The important nerves that control the sexual organs, including those controlling erection, orgasm, and ejaculation, converge at the prostate and the perineum area. This area is essentially a man’s “command center” for sexual pleasure. Massaging the prostate has been a way to maintain and increase sexual health for men since ancient times. Men who suffer from prostate diseases such as prostatitis and bph (prostate enlargement) can get relief from these problems through regular prostate massages, usually given manually by a urologist. Prostate Massager Although it is possible to perform prostate milking externally by stimulating the prostate gland through the perineum this is not always very successful and it is more usual for prostate milking to be carried out internally using a finger, a medical massager or a prostate massager. Devices are marketed for the sole purpose of assisting an individual with performing his own prostate massage and are commonly called prostate massagers. A prostate massager is an instrument used anally, designed to massage the prostate gland.
